pub struct Fitted<C> {
pub curve: C,
pub error: f64,
pub met: bool,
}Expand description
What a fit produced.
Fields§
§curve: CThe curve.
error: f64The largest distance from any input point to the curve at its parameter.
met: boolWhether the error target was met.
A fit can run out of room (more control points than points to fit
solves nothing, since at that ratio least squares is interpolation),
and then this is false and error says how close it got. Reported
rather than rounded up to success.
